Sivenius Suvanto advised atNorth in the acquisition of real property located in Myllykoski, Kouvola, of approx. 21 hectares from Redeve Oy. A new data center will be built on the property with a power capacity of approx. 60 megawatts upon completion of the first phase in the second half of 2025. Upon completion of the entire project, the data center will have a power capacity of several hundred megawatts. The total value of the investment will be 1 – 2 billion euros.
