Sivenius Suvanto advised Tuulialfa on a transaction the company concluded with OX2 with regard to the development and construction of a 1,200 MW onshore wind power portfolio in Northern Ostrobothnia and Lapland in Finland. The agreement includes six wind farm projects in Kittilä, Kuusamo, Pudasjärvi, Oulu, and Utajärvi that comprise more than 150 wind turbines. The projects are expected to reach the investment stage in 2025 – 2028.
